Tour Plan
From Islamabad, start the trip and proceed to Skardu. For photography and sightseeing, head to Upper Kachura Lake and the peaceful Shangri-La Lake. Before heading back to the hotel rooms for the night in Skardu, take pleasure in an enjoyable boat trip at Upper Kachura Lake.
After breakfast, travel to an exploration of the well-known Katpana Desert, sometimes referred to as the "Cold Desert." Before arriving at the huge sand dunes, pause for beautiful views along the Indus River. Enjoy the thrilling experience of camel rides while seeing the desert's singular beauty. In the evening, head back to the hotel to spend the night in Skardu.
After breakfast, start your day with a trip to the beautiful Deosai Plains, also referred to as the "Land of Giants." Before going on to Deosai National Park, make a stop at the charming Sheosar Lake for sightseeing and photography. After trekking across the vast plains and observing wildlife, return to the hotel rooms for the night in Skardu.
After breakfast, head to the lovely Shigar Valley. Take some time to relax at the stunning Manthoka Waterfall before visiting the 400-year-old wonder that is Shigar Fort. Visit one of the oldest mosques in the area, the historic Ambrique Mosque then head back to Skardu for the night.
Visit Skardu Bazaar after breakfast and shop for different crafts and presents. Drive back to Islamabad to wrap up the vacation with priceless memories of Skardu's charm and beauty.
